Sound Designer
Richard worked for several years in English regional theatres before moving to London’s West End with Willy Russell’s Blood Brothers in 1983. Subsequently he mixed many shows before opening the original production of The Phantom of the Opera in 1986 and then became the associate sound designer in Vienna and subsequent productions around the world. Several other productions as associate sound designer include Starlight Express in Japan and Australia, and eight productions of Queen’s We Will Rock You. Richard's sound designs include Disney’s Beauty and the Beast in London and Stuttgart and The Producers in Copenhagen.
