Pip has designed for the Stephen Joseph Theatre since 1996 working with Alan Ayckbourn and freelance directors during that time. Productions include: Forget-me-not Lane, Mr A's Amazing Maze Plays, Sleeping Beauty, Absolutely Frank, Moby Dick, Playing God, The Girl Who Lost Her Voice, Caution Trousers!, Clearing The Colours, Micro Musicals, Miss Yesterday, The Ugly Duckling, Private Fears In Public Places, I Ought To Be In Pictures, For Starters, Her Slightest Touch, My Sister Sadie, Thumbelina, Orvin – Champion Of Champions, Bedtime Stories, Equal Partners, Tissue Paper For The Soul, The Anniversary Waltz, The Jollies, Parting Shots, How To Tell The Truth, This Is Where We Came In, Bedroom Farce, Private Lives, A Listening Heaven, Haunting Julia, Cheap And Cheerful, Perfect Pitch, The Edge. Costume designs include: Improbable Fiction.

Pip works frequently with Hull Truck Theatre Company, for which designs include: Two, Our House, Blue Cross Xmas, Sold, Crown Prince, Wilde Boyz, Perfect Pitch, The Woman Who Cooked Her Husband, I Want That Hair, Wrestling Mad, Going Dutch, Julius Caeser, Teechers, Fly Me To The Moon, Black Tie And Tales, Screaming Blue Murder, The Rise And Fall Of Little Voice, Reunion, On The Piste, Men Of The World, Moby Dick, Our House, Seasons in The Sun, Big Trouble In The Little Bedroom, Thick As A Brick, Bouncers, Unleashed, Perfect Pitch.

Designs for The Orange Tree Theatre include: Love`s A Luxury, The Game Hunter, Clockwatching, Whispers Along The Patio, Happy Birthday Dear Alice.

Other theatre designs include: The Suitcase Kid for the Orange Tree Theatre and Watershed Productions; Oleanna, for the New Vic Theatre; Two, York Theatre Royal Studio; Brassed Off, Crucible Theatre, Sheffield and National Theatre; Le Nozzi Di Figaro,Stowe; Hello, Dolly! and Follies, Watford Palace Theatre and The Selfish Shellfish, Norah`s Ark, Rare Earth and Gulp!, Konflux Theatre in Education.

Future productions include: Alan Ayckbourn's final season as Artistic Director at the SJT and Horrid Henry, for Watershed Productions.
