Designer
Nancy gained an honours degree in Theatre Design from
Trent Polytechnic, Nottingham (now Nottingham Trent
University).
Nancy’s recent work includes Can't Pay, Won't
Pay!, Oldham Coliseum; Dad's Army,
Calibre Productions; Indian Ink, Salisbury
Playhouse; Mirror, Mirror, The Play House,
Birmingham; Romeo and Juliet and A
Midsummer Night's Dream, for the British Shakespeare
Company; Private Lives, British Playhouse Theatre,
Singapore; The Accrington Pals, The Dukes,
Lancaster; To Kill A Mocking Bird, Salisbury
Playhouse; Get Ken Barlow, Palace Theatre Watford;
a repertoire season of Much Ado About Nothing, Trojan
Women and Privates on Parade at Jermyn
Street Theatre; The Waters of the Moon,
The Duchess of Malfi and The
Rivals (Salisbury Playhouse); major tours of
Aspects of Love and Noel and

Nancy designed the world premieres of Rock & Roll and

Glasgow Citizens Theatre.

Nancy designed Maxim Gorky’s Barbarians for
Salisbury Playhouse, for which she was nominated for the TMA best
designer award 2003.
