Designer

Georgia trained in Drama at Exeter University and went on to complete an MA in Scenography at Central Saint Martins and recently completed the Motley Theatre Design course.

After graduating she worked as resident designer at The Broadway Studio Theatre where she designed
A Clockwork Orange, One Flew Over The Cuckoo’s Nest, Romeo and Juliet, Road, Someone Who’ll Watch Over Me and Neville’s Island.

Georgia’s designs include:
Amphibians, (Offstage Theatre), Legacy Falls (Choughed Productions), The Iron Eyelashes (Imaginary Forces), Jack Thorne’s Fanny and Faggot (Finborough Theatre, Pleasance Edinburgh, Trafalgar Studios), Days of Hope, Lone Star/ Private Wars and and The Shadow Master (The Kings Head), Hole in the Fence, Streetlights and Shadows and A Public Kind Of Privacy (The White Bear), Icarus Girl and I Am Montana (The Arcola), Thin Toes (The Pleasance), WORD:PLAY 1 and 2 with Box of Tricks (Theatre 503 and Union Theatre), Back of the Throat and Stephen and the Sexy Partridge (Old Red Lion), Elephant Man (Broadway Studio Theatre), Follow (Finborough Theatre) and Whispering Happiness (Tristan Bates).

Georgia recently co-produced and designed the West End transfer of Steven Hevey’s
In My Name to Trafalgar Studios with Yaller Skunk Theatre Company, whom she is associate designer for. She has also assisted Janet Bird on Merry Wives of Windsor at The Globe and has recently been part of the design team for High Tide’s Stovepipe in association with The National and Bush Theatres.

Outside of theatre Georgia has worked as art director for various clients including Ridley Scott Associates, Canon Cameras and Water Aid.


In the spring Georgia will be Trainee Designer with the RSC, a position she will hold for one year.
